Skript zum Korrigieren von Postleitzahlen in Excel-Dateien

Bisher werden Postleitzahlenregeln für 36 Länder, darunter Belgien, Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz, unterstützt (siehe CHANGELOG.md). Die Unterstützung weiterer Länder ist in Arbeit.
