pyramid_iconizer README

A small lib to create legend icons from WMS. It supports creation of image files. It also supports creation
of SVG but in a very first development state in the moment only.

- now the methods of pyconizer accept encoding parameter. It can be used if the XML which is returned by the
SLD service of the WMS does not contain a encoding in the header.
