Luna serves as the core computational library for multi-modality oncology data analysis. Luna features:

  • pathology, radiology and clinical data workflows
  • A microservice-driven architecture allowing for integrations with other open-source libraries
  • Tools for building data visualizations and statistical models

Install

Luna is available on PyPI, and can be installed via pip install pyluna. For more information about installation and setup, see the installation instructions.
