Test package for package installation in Pyodide

Pyodide Micropip Test Package
This package is made to test Pyodide's ability to install external PyPI packages which require dependencies based on markers (like implementation_name). It is not meant to be used in any other project and it's only functionality is to install snowballstemmer if cpython is used.
