Provide integration betwen Pyramid and ZODB

A package which provides integration between ZODB and a Pyramid application.

• Transfer log file format changed to include timestamp and elapsed time.

• zodbconn.transferlog_threshhold feature added (only log transfers if a request took > threshhold secs).
