This is a rewrite of xml_tv_be.py wich was originally made by
me (den_RDC) and Bart Heremans and included in the
freevo cvs tree.
This new version uses the customizedparser written by gustavo,
and is therefore somewhat similar to tv_grav_br_uol.
This design is also double threaded, there is a thread per
channel and a defined number of worker threads that handle
program information.
This grabber currently provides the following xmltv elements
channel
progamme (with name, start & stop time)
extra info (if available for a particular programme)
desc
sub-title (eg episode titel)
country (of origin)
episode-num
category
more info will be implemented when xmltv 0.6 finalizes
