Python USB access module

Project description

PyUSB offers easy USB devices communication in Python. It should work without additional code in any environment with Python >= 3.6, ctypes and a pre-built USB backend library (currently: libusb 1.x, libusb 0.1.x or OpenUSB).

PyUSB v1.1.1 dropped support for Python 2.7/3.5, but failed to set python_requires='>=3.6.0'. For those on Python 3.6+, PyUSB v1.2.0 should be a safe replacement.
