代码修改自： samhjn/qcloudsms-python3
项目初心
目标是初始化后立即可以使用
尝试用很简单的代码完成绝大部分功能。
在原有项目上，主要做了以下变更：
- 删除了语音这些很少用到的东西，
- 变更了原代码中不合适的class 命名
- 使用python3的 requests 来发送请求
- 添加了 demo 文件，原来代码的 demo 跑不起来
