Circuit Components as and QHDL in Python

To install the latest released version of QHDL, run this command in your terminal:

$ pip install qhdl

This is the preferred method to install QHDL, as it will always install the most recent stable release.

If you don’t have pip installed, the Python installation guide can guide you through the process.

To install the latest development version of QHDL from Github.

$ pip install git+


To use QHDL in a project:

import qhdl
