A provider for qiskit to access quantum devices through AWS Braket

IBM's qiskit provider for AWS Braket (qiskit-aws-braket-provider)

Attention: this is a work-in-progess implementation.

What this means: it basically works. But:

1. edge cases are not covered
2. even broad cases aren't entirely covered!!
3. in code documentation is not thre
4. no usage or API documentation exists
5. CI/CD is not setup

So: use at your own risk.

Contributing

We welcome contributions - simply fork the repository of this plugin, and then make a pull request containing your contribution. All contributers to this plugin will be listed as authors on the releases.

We also encourage bug reports, suggestions for new features and enhancements!
