replacedateiso

This installs a command to replace all date occurences in filenames of the current folder with it's ISO 8601 counterpart: e.g. IMG_23.01.2025_HolidayTrip.jpg -> IMG_2025-01-23_HolidayTrip.jpg, making it sortable in chronological order.

Installation

pip install replacedateiso

Usage

Go to desired directory and call the command "replacedateiso" or "python -m replacedateiso"
