Reproducible phylogenetics pipeline

ReproPhylo is a reproducible phylogenomics pipeline written in python and making use of Biopython and other open tools. It is open source software (CC0 public domain) for you to use, modify and distribute as you see fit. Meant to be installed as a Docker image, it can also be installed locally, but requires additional dependencies (see manual).
