# robinson_foulds A simple command line tool, rf, for computing the Robinson-Foulds distance given two trees, using the ETE toolkit.
## Usage
` rf t1.tree t2.tree `
## Output
The normalised Robinson-Foulds symmetric distance, as implemented in the ETE3 package.
