Generate Proto descriptor:
protoc .\google\datastore\v1\*.proto -o datastore.pb --include_source_info
Build the Python package:
python -m build
Publish with twine:
python -m twine upload --repository testpypi dist/*
Install from the local folder:
pip install ../sabledocs
