This plugin allows to use Bsoft (https://lsbr.niams.nih.gov/bsoft/) within the Scipion framework.

Setup

• Install this plugin:

Using the command line:

scipion installp -p scipion-em-bsoft

or trough the plugin manager GUI by launching Scipion and following Configuration >> Plugins

Alternatively, in devel mode:

scipion installp -p local/path/to/scipion-em-bsoft --devel
