Plugin to use Cryoef program within the Scipion framework

This plugin allows to use Bsoft (https://lsbr.niams.nih.gov/bsoft/) within the Scipion framework.
Setup
Install this plugin:
Using the command line:
scipion installp -p scipion-em-bsoftor trough the plugin manager GUI by launching Scipion and following Configuration >> Plugins
Alternatively, in devel mode:
scipion installp -p local/path/to/scipion-em-bsoft --devel
