Available software: - xmippSrc: Sources to compile Xmipp software
- xmippBin_Debian: Precompiled Xmipp software for Debian based distros (and OpenSUSE15).
- xmippBin_Centos: Precompiled Xmipp software for Centos based distros (and OpenSUSE42.3).
- nma: Software for (pseudo)atoms fitting to volumes using Normal Modes Analysis.
- deepLearningToolkit: toolkit to run deep learning based protocols(basically tensorflow, keras and pre-trained models)
NOTE: Cuda related code is implemented/compiled with CUDA 8.0

Plugin to use Xmipp programs within the Scipion framework.

You can install it either using the Scipion software following
