Scipion test runner
A module designed to handle in an efficient way the execution of Scipion tests. This module, even if it can be used locally as a user-friendly way of running all the tests of a specific plugin in parallel while avoiding cluttering the terminal, has been designed for CI/CD processes.
This Python module needs to be installed in an enviroment with an installation of Scipion3 in order to work.
Installation
To install this package, activate the enviroment that contains Scipion, and run pip install scipion-testrunner.
Usage
To view the usage guide, run scipion-testrunner -h.
