Serf
Serf is a simple web server. It’s a development tool to be used during the development of rich internet applications: it’s not intended for deployment.

Improved directory and extension ignoring code to be general. Also ignore .tmp files, and .bzr and .git subdirectories.
Actually fix ignoring of .svn directories; this wasn’t working correctly yet.
