# spyfor
What is it? spyfor is a package built to increase the formatting quality of Stata outputs to assist communication with experienced co-authors. spyfor formats and consolidates Stata output in python to generate excel sheets/workbooks that more closely resemble the formatting style of The Accounting Review.
Quick Install
pip install –upgrade spyfor
Code Dependancies spyfor is built to be executed within a stata enviroments by leveraging the Stata specific package sfi. spyfor should only be used with injected python in a Stata enviroment of version 16 or latter.
Contributing to spyfor All contributions and additions to spyfor are welcome and encouraged. The purpose of spyfor is to utilize python to enable academics to devote less time to formatting tables.
