Python 3 subtitle converter

• Python 3 subtitle converter.

• Converts SAMI or SubRip style subtitles to a WEBVTT format.

Requirements

• Python 3.3.x or later (Will probably work any 3.x.x)

• chardet 2.2.1 or later

Installation

Install from PyPI via pip:

pip install submarine

Commandline Usage

In any shell or terminal emulator:

submarine filename.srt path_to_file.vtt
submarine filename.smi path_to_file.vtt

If no path_to_file is given, output directory will be the origin of source file.
