TiddlyWeb indexer for tag-based tiddler retrieval
/tags: list of all tags
/tags/<tags>: list of all tiddlers carrying the specified tag(s) - <tags> is a CSV-style list of tags (e.g. foo,bar or foo,”lorem ipsum”,bar)
add ‘tiddlywebplugins.tagdex’ to both config[‘system_plugins’] and config[‘twanager_plugins’]
the database location can be customized via config[‘tagdex_db’]
