TSNE implementations for python

Python library containing T-SNE algorithms.



A python (`cython <>`__) wrapper for
`Barnes-Hut-SNE <>`__ aka

I basicly took `osdf code <>`__ and
made it pip compilant.

The wrapper was successfully tested on OSX (10.6/10.7), Ubuntu (11.04)
and Arch Linux.


- `numpy <>`__\ ==1.7.1
- `scipy <>`__\ ==0.12.0
- `cython <>`__\ ===0.19.1
- `openblas <>`__. Tested version is
v0.2.5 and v0.2.6 (not necessary for OSX).


``pip install tsne``


Basic usage:


from tsne import bh_sne
X_2d = bh_sne(X)
