tweezepy
This is tweezepy, a package of single-molecule pulling experiment related analysis code.
Installation
Clone repository onto local machine.
Navigate to directory:
cd path/to/tweezepy
Install:
python setup.py install
or using pip:
pip install .
Contents
The tweezepy package includes the following modules:
- 'smmcalibration' - tools to calculate and perform mle fits to the allan variance and power spectral density
