ubermagtable is a Python package that provides:

  • Conversion of scalar data files (OOMMF .odt and mumax3 .txt) to pandas.DataFrames,

  • Merging of multiple table data files, and

  • Visualisation of table data.

It is available on Windows, MacOS, and Linux. It requires Python 3.6+.

Installation, testing, and upgrade

We recommend installation using conda package manager. Instructions can be found in the documentation.
