Manage Python packages in their own virtual environments.

Install

pip install venvpkg
export PATH="$HOME/.venvpkg/.bin:$PATH"

Development

Create virtual environment and install packages with poetry:

poetry install

Format codebase:

bin/format

Lint codebase:

bin/lint

Run unit tests:

bin/test

Run a command in virtual environment:

bin/run <command>

Update Python package(s)

After updating package version(s) in pyproject.toml, run:

poetry update

Publish

Create your PyPI API token:

export POETRY_PYPI_TOKEN_PYPI=******

Build and publish the package:

bin/publish
