Wakis obtains Wake potential and Impedance from pre-computed fields

Project description

wakis

PyPI version stability-alpha

WAKIS stands for (WA)ke and (I)mpedance (S)olver. It is a postprocessing tool that can obtain the longitudinal and transverse Wake Potential and Impedance from pre-computed electromagnetic fields. These magnitudes are important to quantify the losses of accelerator structures with a passing beam.

  • Procedural version available in :file_folder: source/
  • OOP version available now in pyPI wakis 0.2.0
