WSPyserial
Interface de disposivos seriais via rede.
(Device): Interface para comunicação assincrona direta com disposivos seriais através da lib pyserial.
(Server): Servidor websocket com um (Device) associado.
(Client): Cliente websocket para troca de informações com um (Server).
(package): Objeto usado na troca de informações entre servidor e cliente para padronizar e ordenar envio de mensagens e respostas.
