Buildout recipe for compiling uwsgi

yaco.recipe.uwsgi
This is just a recipe for compiling uwsgi from a buildout.
The only parameter is uwsgi-location which is the directory with the uwsgi sources.
Tests need to be written.
Use at your own risk.
