ytree
This is ytree, a yt extension for generating and working with merger tree data. ytree can:
create merger trees from Gadget’s inline FOF/SUBFIND catalogs
create merger trees from Rockstar halo catalogs
read in consistent-trees merger trees
output all merger trees to a universal, reloadable format
