Find satellite matchups for aquatic remote sensing
Supported AC: POLYMER, ACOLITE, L2gen
Supported sensors: S2, L8
currently support NetCDF input
Main function: find matchups, mean and median for each of the window sizes (default 1, 3, 5, 7)
