Stub package - lintian-brush has moved to a Rust implementation

This Python package is a stub. The lintian-brush tool has been rewritten in Rust and is no longer distributed as a Python package.
Please install lintian-brush from the Rust crate or your distribution’s package manager instead:
Debian/Ubuntu: apt install lintian-brush
Cargo: cargo install lintian-brush
