一个用于标题清理的模块，需下载对应的模型，使用Bert模型训练获得，内存消耗稍微高点，如果使用GPU更快。
安装： ` pip install Bert_clear_title `

## 快速上传操作
可以自动查找依赖，然后上传 ` sh upload.sh `
