Extracts unit test names from source files to GNU makefiles so you can speed use emake to run your tests

Takes unittest source code and generates a Makefile that can be then fed to Electric Accelerator The Makefile parses the to deduce the full unittest names and then loops though the unittest names and calls the command to run those tests on those test names. This creates jobs that Electric Accelerator can then parallelize.
