3. python3.7 absolute\path\to\TrimoonCam2Telegram\setup.py install

How to setup the package from PIP:

1. pip install TrimoonCam2Telegram

How to use The Project:

1. Create a new .py file (ex. botlauncher.py)
2. Create the Tracking dictionary
