autoECCI
This is a placeholder release reserving the autoECCI name.
autoECCI is an open-source Python package for guiding Electron Channelling Contrast Imaging (ECCI) in scanning electron microscopes (SEM): stage calibration against simulated channelling patterns, EBSD-map registration, two-beam condition targeting, rotational ECCI (R-ECCI) sweeps and guided acquisition reporting, built on kikuchipy, HyperSpy and orix.
The first functional release (>= 0.1.0) will appear here alongside the accompanying publication. Until then, see the project repository:

autoECCI began as a re-implementation and extension of openECCI and is licensed GPL-3.0-or-later.
