# basilpy basilpy is a Python package for estimating the signal from an ON/OFF measurement using the BASiL approach [ arXiv:2105.01019 ]

Some tutorials on how to use basilpy can be found in the notebooks/ folder

Prerequisites

Python 3.6 or higher and the following packages

  • numpy

  • scipy

  • mpmath

Installation

You can use pip to install the package:

pip install basilpy
