BL_Python.database
Libraries for working with databases in Boutros Lab.
SQLite Support
SQLite support is built into BL_Python.database.
PostgreSQL Support
Install BL_Python.database[postgres] for production use or BL_Python.database[postgres-binary] if your machine cannot compile psycopg2.
