MODIFIED "PLOT_STATE_CITY()" FUNCTION Original function (from IBMQ and Qiskit) takes a given quantum circuit's complex-number state output and plots the real and imaginary amplitude values with two 3D bar graphs
Modified, "CM_PLOT_STATE_CITY()" can take a 2-tuple matrix with string values that correspond to colormap palette names
