COD-FISH ===
Complementary Oligo Design for Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization (COD-FISH) is a pipeline for the identification of oligonucleotide sequences hybridizing to specific locations on a reference genome of interest.
COD-FISH is built upon v0.6 of the uniqueDnaOligonucleotidesCatcher pipeline by Mihaela martis ([BILS](https://www-stage.scilifelab.se/facilities/bils/)).
