Assorted ad hoc MacOS/OSX things.
They'd be in cs.app.osx directly except that I haven't looked
into namespace packages yet.

Release 20240622.1: Fix trove classifier.
Release 20240622: Initial release with just macos_version as a tuple of ints, eg (14,5); cs.app.osx is just a namespace package, with no init.py.
