``deluge_client_async`` is an asyncio client to deluge.
The standard ``deluge`` package requires Python 2.7 and TwistedMatrix.
This package is written for Python 3.4 and asyncio, and does not depend on the
standard ``deluge`` package.
It requires:
- Python 3.4+
- The ``rencode`` package.
