Remove inline comments denoted by '!' from files

Move inline comments denoted by the ‘bang’ (!) onto their own line.
Useful for fortran sources that need to be wrapped by f2py.
It’s simple. Just import diebang, and call diebang.kill([‘list’, ‘of’, ‘filenames’])
