pip install django-static-libs

Setting

Add app to ISTALLED_APPS in settings.py:

INSTALLED_APPS = (
    ...
    'static_libs',
    )

Usage

template.html:

    <head>
        <link type="text/css" href="{{ STATIC_URL }}libs/bootstrap/3.0/css/bootstrap.min.css" rel="stylesheet">
