Based entirely off original shortcodes app, https://github.com/martey/django-shortcodes, but made it so you can use a common directory within your project for shortcodes which will be picked up automatically. This solves the problem of not having to add the shortcodes app to every project, but instead have a common shortcodes app, and have it read your app files to determine which shortcodes are available.
