Installation sets up command

Situation before installation:

$ hello
bash: hello: command not found

Installation right from the source tree (or via pip from PyPI):

$ python setup.py install

$ pip install example-cli-python

Now, the hello command is available:

$ hello ojixzzz
Example version 1.0.0.
Argument strings: ['ojixzzz']
