fefiphopy
This package provides functions for cleaning and analyzing fiber photometry data.
Installation:
pip install fefiphopy
It focuses mainly on the following steps:
- Smoothing the raw data
- Correcting Baseline
- Standardizing signals
- Scaling isosbestic signal
- Calculating dF/F
