License Python - 3.10.8 contributions & inspiration - welcome

An open source library for some common hydrological and meteorological issues.

Status

The motivation for implementing this library grows out of my personal and academic projects where I face some typical problems repeatedly. The implementation of this library started in November 2022 and is currently in progress. New functionalities are updated regularly. The library will be available at PyPI in future.

Modules

name explaination
EDA exploratory data analysis functionalities
FDM 2D groundwater flow equation using finite difference method and central difference for the space derivative

installation and usage (in progress)

  1. Access the library
  • git clone git@github.com:lenamueller/flyingfish.git
  • pip install flyingfish (not yet).
  1. Set up a virtual environment based on the libraries' dependecies requirements.txt.
  2. Run example with jupyter notebook (not yet)
