travis-ci kindly tests the code automatically under Python versions 2.7 and 3.4 through 3.6.
We depend on numpy >= 1.8. You could probably make it work on an earlier numpy if you really needed that.
The latest released version will be at https://pypi.python.org/pypi/fslutils (when I have done a release).
