Python interface to ftd2xx.dll from FTDI using ctypes based on d2xx by Pablo Bleyer

ftd2xx is a simple python wrapper around the D2XX DLL from FTDI using ctypes. It is based on Pablo Bleyer Kocik’s d2xx extension.
I don’t have time to maintain this project, so I am looking for a maintainer.
There is another library by Ben Bass called pylibftdi that may fit your needs better.
Also, Jeremy Bentham wrote a blog about using this library.
